What you'll own

  • Architect and launch new PMP deal packages across genre, audience, and tentpole themes
  • Own DSP-side performance: pacing, QA, and optimization across DV360, TTD, Amazon, Viant
  • Partner with supply to balance fill, yield, and advertiser CPM economics
  • Build the programmatic playbook that scales with the team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in programmatic at an SSP, DSP, trading desk, or publisher
  • Deep familiarity with CTV supply paths, Deal IDs, and DSP-side activation
  • Comfortable in log-level data and constructing yield narratives from scratch

What you'll own

  • Build and close a book of DSP, holdco, and trading-desk relationships
  • Own the full cycle: pipeline, pitch, deal construction, and post-launch expansion
  • Partner with programmatic ops to tailor packages to each buyer's DSP of choice
  • Bring the market back to product: what lineups to build next

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years selling programmatic supply or media into DSPs / holdcos
  • Strong existing relationships at The Trade Desk, DV360 partners, Amazon DSP, Viant
  • Comfortable pitching both packaged PMPs and custom deal constructs

What you'll own

  • Land and grow agency trading desk, activation, and investment-team relationships
  • Respond to CTV RFPs with packaged lineups and custom deal constructs
  • Partner with client teams on QBRs, roadmaps, and renewal planning

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in media sales with strong agency relationships (IPG, Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, Horizon, Stagwell)
  • Fluent in programmatic CTV — you can walk a planner through a Deal ID on day one
  • Track record closing six- and seven-figure PMP/programmatic deals

Lead Altavara's publisher strategy — signing, onboarding, and growing direct relationships with top streaming publishers for premium unsold CTV supply.

What you'll own

  • Close new premium publisher partnerships across streaming, FAST, and CTV apps
  • Own commercial terms, ads.txt / sellers.json hygiene, and yield-sharing structures
  • Partner with programmatic ops to translate supply into buyable packages
  • Represent Altavara at supply-side industry events (IAB, Programmatic I/O, CES)

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in supply / publisher partnerships at an SSP, exchange, or CTV platform
  • Existing relationships with streaming publishers and CTV platforms
  • Deep fluency in CTV supply quality, authentication, and PMP economics

Senior Ad Ops — Buy-Side

Own DSP-side activation for every Altavara Deal ID — from trafficking and QA through pacing, optimization, and IVT defense. You are the technical backbone our buyers lean on.

What you'll own

  • Traffic, QA, and actively pace Deal IDs across DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, Viant, Xandr, and StackAdapt
  • Diagnose delivery, targeting, and discrepancy issues at the bid-stream and log-level
  • Own IVT posture on the buy side — filters, pre-bid integrations, post-bid forensics, and make-good workflows
  • Partner with sellers and programmatic leads to translate buyer briefs into clean, performant deal constructs
  • Build the playbooks, templates, and automation that keep activation fast as the book scales

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in programmatic ad operations with heavy CTV focus
  • Hands-on activation experience across multiple DSPs (TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP at minimum)
  • Deep technical fluency across the programmatic stack: OpenRTB, Deal IDs, VAST/VPAID/SIMID, ads.txt, sellers.json, supply-path optimization
  • Proven IVT / MFA detection and mitigation work (IAS, DoubleVerify, HUMAN, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable in log-level data — SQL, pivot tables, or BI tooling to unblock delivery issues yourself

Senior Ad Ops — Sell-Side

Own the sell-side of the Altavara marketplace — SSP configuration, publisher onboarding, and the supply-quality layer that makes every Deal ID worth buying.

What you'll own

  • Onboard and configure publisher supply across SSPs and exchanges (Magnite, PubMatic, FreeWheel, Index, OpenX)
  • Package unsold CTV avails into buyable Deal IDs — audience, genre, daypart, and tentpole constructs
  • Own supply-side IVT posture: pre-bid filtering, sellers.json / ads.txt hygiene, SPO, and sourcing forensics
  • Partner with publishers on yield, floor strategy, and traffic shaping without cannibalizing direct rate cards
  • Triage buyer-side discrepancies back to the supply path and close the loop quickly

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in sell-side ad operations / yield with heavy CTV focus
  • Hands-on configuration experience across multiple SSPs and ad servers (FreeWheel, SpringServe, Magnite, PubMatic)
  • Deep technical fluency across the programmatic stack: OpenRTB, Deal IDs, VAST/VPAID/SIMID, sellers.json, ads.txt, supply-path optimization
  • Proven IVT / MFA detection and mitigation work on the supply side (HUMAN, IAS, DV, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable in log-level data and bid-stream forensics to defend supply quality
